Play Day
Today I had, what I call, a ‘play day’. Days where I read up on technology, watch videos and research stuff. Here’s what i’m sharing with you;
Lately i’ve been hooked on a new series called ‘Lie to Me’. Its about a team of deception experts solving cases. It’s entirely based on body language, NLP and microexpressions. Just my cup of tea
So, Microexpressions. What are they and how do you learn about them?

I did a little reaserch and found that two scientists Dr. Paul Ekman and David Matsumoto have created a M.E training tool. You can find that here.
